Luka's Story
Originally from Belgrade, Serbia, Luka Milicevic grew up playing soccer in a competitive academy system, where his passion for the game was formed at an early age.

Driven by the unique opportunity to pursue both academics and athletics, he made the decision to continue his education and playing career in the United States — a move that would shape his path forward.

Luka graduated with highest honors from Oklahoma Wesleyan University, where he also began his coaching career in 2017 as a graduate assistant while earning his MBA. After graduating, Luka relocated to Nashville, where he coached at Tennessee Soccer Club. In 2020, he returned to Oklahoma Wesleyan for another year as an assistant coach before joining Rogers State University in 2021, where he served as the assistant coach for the women’s soccer program.

In 2022, Luka accepted the position of head men’s soccer coach at Bethel College in Kansas, leading the program for three years. Alongside his college coaching experience, Luka also had a strong presence in youth development, coaching youth teams from 2016 to 2023 with consistent success.

Through years of working with players at every stage — from youth leagues to college rosters — Luka saw a growing need for honest, personalized recruiting guidance. That insight led him to found Buffalo Talent Group, with a mission to help student-athletes not only get recruited but thrive in the right environment.

Luka currently resides in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, with his wife Sarah and their daughter Mila.
